A sculptural floating staircase connects the main floor to the glass-lined mezzanine above, creating a sense of vertical drama while maintaining open sightlines across both levels. The upper floor includes private offices, hospitality zones, and a dedicated configuration studio with built-in millwork and LED backlighting for immersive customization sessions.
